Pork can be eaten after three days of refrigeration if it doesn’t appear to be very obviously spoiled. 1. Pork can be kept in a frozen state at -18 degrees Celsius for 3 months or longer. Frozen meat needs to be kept below -18 degrees during storage and transportation. If a stable preservation environment can be achieved, frozen pork and poultry meat can maintain good quality for the longest time. 2. Cold meat should be eaten within 3 days as far as possible. Cold meat is the meat we usually eat more, that is, within 24 hours after slaughtering the temperature of the meat down to 0 degrees to 5 degrees, and refrigerated sales. 3. Fresh meat should not be kept at room temperature for more than 3 hours. Fresh meat is slaughtered and gutted, without refrigeration, frozen meat sold directly. Because of the stimulation of room temperature, microorganisms can easily grow and contaminate the meat, less safe, and even more so in summer, so the meat bought back in the morning may have a bad smell in the evening, so it should be eaten as early as possible.
