Is sleepiness and weakness a disease?

Sleepiness and fatigue, in the city, I believe many people have had or often have such a feeling. According to incomplete statistics, most people who feel sleepy and tired do not have real physical or psychological diseases, but there are a small number of people who do not pay enough attention to sleepiness and tiredness and do not “see the doctor” in time, which eventually leads to the progress of the disease, treatment is very difficult, and even brings serious consequences. Therefore, we should not take lightly the various tips from our body. So how should we look at and solve such problems in general? Have people ever wanted to come to the hospital for examination because of this? Or consult a doctor about it? Generally speaking, drowsiness and weakness are caused by stressful work, lack of sleep, lack of exercise, poor diet, etc. As long as you pay attention to and correct your bad life and work habits, pay attention to rest, strengthen exercise and eat a balanced diet, you can generally return to normal. Comrades who often feel sleepy and weak, or even have increased symptoms, should pay enough attention, and it is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible for a physical examination or to see a doctor, and if necessary, to improve routine blood tests, liver function, electrocardiogram and other routine tests to understand the physical situation. Sleepiness and weakness are very common in hematological diseases, and they are mainly symptoms of ischemia and hypoxia in the body due to anemia. What is anemia? What should we do to prevent and treat anemia? Generally speaking, we call the blood test to check the number of blood components (including various white blood cells, red blood cells and platelets) “blood routine” (in medical science, blood routine, urine routine and stool routine are collectively called “three routine” tests). The blood test is called a “routine blood test”. When the number of hemoglobin or erythrocyte pressure in the blood test result is normal, we can assess whether you have anemia. Anemia is commonly associated with pale complexion, drowsiness, dizziness, headache and blurred vision, heartbeat and panic, shortness of breath, chest tightness, difficulty in breathing, or even loss of appetite. There are many causes of anemia, mainly due to the fact that the body produces fewer red blood cells than it consumes/loses, resulting in anemia, but the severity and treatment of various diseases vary. After finding anemia, we should pay enough attention to further improve the examination of the cause of anemia, and then carry out treatment according to the cause. In conclusion, sleepiness and weakness are not necessarily diseases, but we should pay attention to them and improve blood tests; if anemia is present, we should systematically further diagnose and treat it.
