Early manifestations of nodular disease may include bilateral hilar lymph node enlargement, arthritis, erythema nodosum, fever, muscle pain and discomfort. Nodular disease is a granulomatous disease that involves multiple systems, primarily invading the lungs and lymphatic system, and to a lesser extent, areas such as the eyes and skin. Asymptomatic nodular disease with normal lung function does not require treatment; asymptomatic and stable disease with mildly impaired lung function does not require treatment; and the development of significant intrapulmonary or extrapulmonary symptoms, especially involving the heart and nerves, requires treatment with glucocorticoids. Patients with acute onset of the disease have a better prognosis after treatment or spontaneous remission; those with chronic onset of the disease are often accompanied by progressive damage to multiple organs, and their prognosis is poorer. The above drugs need to be under the guidance of a specialized doctor. If the above situation occurs, please consult a doctor in time for reasonable and standardized diagnosis and treatment.
