G-POEM minimally invasive surgery has become an effective treatment for diabetic gastroparesis or postoperative gastroparesis! The application of transoral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) for the treatment of cardia insipidus is well established. According to current experience, the use of endoscopic pyloromyotomy (G-POEM) can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with refractory gastroparesis, which provides a new idea for the treatment of refractory gastroparesis, by which the symptoms of patients can be reduced and their quality of life can be improved.
