Recurrent spontaneous abortion is a common complication of pregnancy, and there are many factors that cause recurrent miscarriage (RSA), mostly due to immune factors; among them, the lack of closed antibody is associated with multiple miscarriages. Since 2005, I have been examining patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and infertility for closed antibody, and there were 590 cases, of which 278 were closed antibody negative and 312 were positive, with a closed antibody negative rate of 47.1%, indicating that there is a close association between closed antibody negativity and recurrent abortion in these patients, and that one of the causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion and infertility may be closed antibody deficiency or insufficiency. Moreover, in the group of 48 patients with 4-8 recurrent spontaneous abortions, 43 of them were negative for closed antibodies, with a negative rate of 89.6%, reflecting that patients with a high number of abortions have a greater possibility of having a lack of closed antibodies in their bodies. It also indicates that it is necessary to test for closed antibody in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion. For these patients, I gave active immunotherapy with lymphocytes. Of the 243 patients who received immunotherapy and were negative for closed antibodies, 204 were pregnant, with a pregnancy rate of 83.9%. Among them, 48 patients who had 4-8 miscarriages and were negative for closed antibodies had 43 successful pregnancies after treatment, with a successful pregnancy rate of 89.6%. This indicates that the production of maternal closed antibody enhances the protective immune effect on the fetus, thus negatively suppressing the maternal immune rejection of the fetus and making the pregnancy successful. This technology is being actively introduced to coal hospitals, and it will definitely bring good news to patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and infertility in our city.
