What’s wrong with uneven echoes inside the breast?

During breast color ultrasound examination in the hospital, such as uneven echoes in the breast. First of all, it should be considered to be caused by breast hyperplasia. Breast hyperplasia tends to occur in women of childbearing age, especially before menstruation, after pregnancy, and during breastfeeding, the abnormally high level of estrogen in the body will lead to excessive proliferation of breast tissues, and the incomplete restoration of the mammary glands will cause localized hyperplasia manifestations, and the increase in the hormone level will also lead to the manifestations of swelling and pain and tingling at the site of the lumps. Therefore, color ultrasound examination will show uneven echoes inside the breast, which is an imaging feature. During the ultrasound examination, attention should also be paid to the presence of other diseases in the breast, such as breast nodules or localized calcified foci. Uneven echogenicity of the internal breast nodule during the examination does not exclude the possibility of malignancy, so it can be treated surgically if necessary in conjunction with the doctor’s opinion.
