Normal value reference values for macrosomia data

A macrosomia is a comprehensive and systematic screening for fetal malformations between 20-24 weeks of pregnancy to check for congenital developmental abnormalities. The examination items of macrosomia include amniotic fluid, placenta, fetal growth and development and other aspects. Taking 22 weeks of pregnancy as an example, the normal reference values for each examination data are as follows. 1. Amniotic fluid: the reference value of amniotic fluid in 22 weeks of pregnancy is 8-18cm, and the depth of amniotic fluid is 2-8cm under normal circumstances, which is the normal amount of amniotic fluid. 2. Placenta: the lower edge of the placenta should be more than 3cm away from the endocervical opening, and the normal range of thickness is 2-5cm. 3. Growth and development: the reference value for the biparietal diameter of the fetus at 22 weeks, i.e. the longest distance between the right and left sides of the fetal head, is about 53mm; the reference value for the fetal head circumference is about 199mm; the reference value for the abdominal circumference is about 175mm; and the reference value for the humerus length is about 39mm. Due to factors such as thick abdominal wall of pregnant women and restriction of fetal position change, the results of the examination may not be clear, and pregnant women can ask the doctor whether there is any abnormality in the results after the examination. Meanwhile, pregnant women should follow the doctor’s instructions for regular obstetric checkups and observe the condition of the fetus at any time.
