Small nodules at the right lower lung oblique fissure are not serious. Small nodules are generally lung nodules <1 cm, which are mainly observed clinically with regular chest CT to determine the growth rate and margins of the nodules. If the speed is too fast and the margin is gross, surgical resection as well as clarification of its pathological nature by puncture should be performed as early as possible to determine whether it is malignant or not. If the lung nodule is >1cm, it should be surgically managed for more optimal results. If nodules appear in the lower right lung, they can be adjusted by daily diet and rest to keep the immunity in the body in a normal state, which can prevent more nodules from appearing.
