If the diagnosis of a strong left ventricular spot is made at the time of fetal cardiac ultrasound, treatment is usually not required. There is no special treatment for this condition, and the patient can be reviewed periodically on ultrasound to observe the size of the spot or spot. If the spot or spot increases significantly within a short period of time, and even if the child has chest tightness and myocardial ischemia, surgical treatment is required. If the spot does not change greatly through long time review and follow-up, and the child does not have very specific symptoms, treatment is not needed and regular observation is sufficient.
