Can asthma in children be cured?

  Asthma in children, medically known as pediatric bronchial asthma, is one of the common respiratory diseases in children. It cannot be completely cured, but it can be controlled through standard treatment.  Parents should add and remove clothes for their children in time to prevent cold and flu and avoid respiratory infections in autumn and winter, the high incidence of asthma in children. In addition, children with allergic asthma should minimize contact with animal fur, pollen, medications and other allergy-prone items to reduce the chance of recurrence. Daily diet should also ensure a balanced nutrition, help children to develop good eating habits, consume sufficient protein, eat more vegetables and fruits, and eat less fish, seafood, beef and mutton, and other allergy-prone foods. Physical exercise should also be strengthened, and they should go outdoors every day to get more fresh air. Infants can do passive gymnastics, and slightly older children can do exercises, walk or jog on their own, which can exercise the function of the lungs. And under the guidance of doctors, insist on regular use of controlling drugs such as anti-inflammatory glucocorticoids.  Although childhood asthma has a recurrent nature and cannot be completely cured, parents should strengthen daily care to minimize the recurrence of the disease and reduce the damage to the child’s body.
