Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor in women, and very few men also develop breast cancer. The age of onset of breast cancer patients is 45-60 years old, but there are also younger patients, and in recent years there are a large number of patients aged 20 years and below. In some reports, breast cancer patients as young as 6 years old have even been reported, so the incidence of breast cancer has shown a trend of lower age in recent years. In the early stages of breast cancer, there are no obvious symptoms and it may only appear as a painless swollen breast lump. If a painless breast lump appears after menopause, special attention should be paid to the possibility of breast cancer, and if breast cancer is diagnosed, surgery is required. If breast lumps are found in young patients, they need to be distinguished from adenomas and mastocytosis. Early detection and treatment of breast cancer will have better results. Nowadays, the cure rate of breast cancer is about 90% in Europe and America, and the 5-year survival rate can reach 83% in China. Therefore, the prognosis of breast cancer treatment is better from now on, and it requires systemic treatment.
