Details are as follows: 1.Gallbladder polyp less than 0.8cm: younger patients can choose to observe and review ultrasound regularly; 2.Considered cholesterol crystals: can consider cholestatic treatment, after ursodeoxycholic acid or step long gallstone lithotripsy tablets can be reduced; 3.Patients with gallbladder polyps larger than 1cm, asymptomatic or symptomatic can consider surgery; 4.Polyps with non-cholesterol crystals: if they increase rapidly, surgery can be considered.
