Pulmonary patchy foci usually suggest lung infection, and the clinical need to identify belong to common lung infection, tuberculosis infection, lung hemorrhage, early lung tumor. If it is a common infection, it can be reviewed after giving anti-infection treatment. If the patchy shadow is absorbed, it is mostly a common lung infection. If the pulmonary patch shadow is caused by tuberculosis, you can give standardized anti-tuberculosis treatment for six months, and the imaging patch shadow should be absorbed on reexamination. If the pulmonary speckle shadow is the change of early tumor, mainly refers to the ground glass shadow, you can follow up dynamically to observe whether the ground glass, shadow speckle shadow will further increase, in order to decide whether to give chest enhancement CT or thoracic surgery intervention treatment. Pulmonary patchy shadows can also be seen in alveolar hemorrhage, including bronchiectasis with infection, after alveolar hemorrhage on imaging suggesting pulmonary patchy foci changes. In conclusion pulmonary patchy foci are mostly suggestive of pulmonary infections, including common bacterial infections, tuberculosis infections, and do not exclude alveolar hemorrhage and early tumor changes.
