What not to eat for acne

Acne generally refers to growing acne, acne is mainly closely related to excessive sebum secretion, follicle sebaceous gland duct blockage, bacterial infection and inflammatory response and other factors, acne patients should not eat spicy stimulating food, high-fat food, sweets and so on.
1. Stimulating foods: such as onions, ginger, garlic, pepper, these foods are easy to stimulate the body’s endocrine disorders, so acne patients are best not to eat.
2. High-fat foods: such as cattle, sheep and other animal offal. The saturated fatty acids contained therein are the most important factors that aggravate acne and are not conducive to lowering the level of androgens, so it is best for patients with acne not to eat.
3. Sweets: Ice cream, desserts and candies are foods with high sugar content. Eating too much sugar can easily cause the growth of acne, leading to repeated growth of acne over time, which will not go away.
In addition to the above, acne should also be treated with oral and topical medications. Oral medications can be chosen such as viamin capsules and isotretinoin capsules. Topical medications such as clindamycin phosphate gel and fusidic acid cream can be used. All of the above drugs should be used under the guidance of a doctor.
