The easiest way to regulate lung qi deficiency

There is no such thing as “the easiest way to regulate lung qi deficiency”. Lung qi deficiency can be regulated with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture.
1. Traditional Chinese medicine: Lung tonifying pills, Xinqinqin granules, etc. It is recommended to use the medicine under the guidance of a doctor.
(1) Lung tonic pill: it has the function of tonifying lung qi, relieving cough and asthma (stopping cough and calming wheezing), and is suitable for short cough caused by lung qi deficiency, low cough, dry cough, sticky sputum, dry throat and tongue. Note that people with external cough should not take it, and avoid eating spicy and greasy food during the period of taking the medicine.
(2) Scutellariae Chinensis Granules: with the effects of benefiting qi and consolidating the surface, dispelling wind and opening the orifices (opening the orifices of the nose by dispelling wind evil), it is suitable for itching and sneezing of the nose caused by deficiency of lung qi and invasion of wind and cold, nasal discharge of clear mucus, easy to catch a cold, and so on. Attention Pregnant women, infants and young children and people with renal insufficiency, and those who are allergic to this product are prohibited.
The adverse reactions of the above drugs are not clear.
2. Acupuncture regulation: acupuncture can be performed on acupuncture points such as Lung Yu, Zhongfu, Man Bai and Liejiao, etc. It is recommended that the acupoints be selected and operated by a doctor.
If symptoms of lung qi deficiency appear, it is recommended to ask the doctor to choose the most suitable method to replenish the lung qi, do not take medication or acupuncture on your own to avoid delaying the condition.
