Neurosynovial meningioma is mainly treated by surgical operation, which can be classified according to the different types of lesions and adopt different surgical methods, namely, intraperitoneal dissection for central type and surgical removal for marginal type.
1. Intraperitoneal dissection: it is suitable for central type nerve sheath meningioma, which means that it originates from the center of nerve trunk, and its peritoneum is the nerve fiber, and the tumor is in the shape of shuttle. In the process of surgical treatment, it is easy to cut off the nerves, therefore, it should be incised along the longitudinal direction of the nerves, and the tumor should be peeled off from the pericardium.
2. Surgical removal: it is suitable for marginal type nerve sheath meningioma, which means it originates from the edge of the nerve and the nerve cord runs along the side of the tumor. Surgical removal is sufficient and damage to the nerve trunk is rare.
