Pickles contain a large amount of nitrite and secondary amines, which can be synthesized into nitrosamines under the action of suitable acidity or bacteria in the stomach and have carcinogenic effects.
  3, afraid of smoked and fried food. Smoked fish and bacon contain a lot of carcinogenic substances, such as 3-4 benzo(a)pyrene and cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Fried, baked, burnt food and reused high-temperature cooking oil also contain such carcinogenic substances and should be consumed sparingly.
  4. Fear of alcohol. Stomach acid can only be secreted by the appropriate stimulation, but any excessive stimulation can cause damage to the stomach. Therefore, diet should be less greasy and fatty, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, eat more food containing vitamin A, E and B vitamins, and increase protein intake appropriately to protect the gastric mucosa. At the same time should control the intake of strong tea, coffee, alcohol and other stimulating foods.

  Stomach cancer has always been difficult to be detected at an early stage, mainly because more than 70% of patients with early stage stomach cancer do not feel any discomfort. Even if some symptoms appear, such as stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, etc., they will think that it is just a stomach disease and usually buy and take medicine on their own instead of going to hospital for consultation. In this way, when patients go to the hospital only when the symptoms are serious, most of them are already in advanced stage of stomach cancer.
  How to identify the alarm signals of stomach disease from your own feelings and symptom changes? The following points are worth noting.
  Stomach pain loses the regularity of the original ulcer attack and is obviously different from usual.
  the attack of stomach pain is not helped by eating or taking medicine, but worsened.
  loss of appetite, weakness and significant weight loss when there was no significant change in appetite, weight or strength during previous episodes of gastric disease
  Unexplained anemia or persistent black stools.

  The following groups should be highly concerned about stomach cancer: people over 40 years old; people with history of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer; people with unreasonable diet structure, long-term consumption of pickled food and love of condiments such as fish sauce and shrimp paste.
