Gastric colic for a while, accompanied by nausea, vomiting may be acute gastritis, peptic ulcer, acute cholecystitis caused by the use of acid suppression drugs, gastric mucosal protective agents, antispasmodic and analgesic drugs, anti-infective drugs and other treatments.
1. Acute gastritis: when suffering from acute gastritis, acute inflammation of the gastric mucosa leads to nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain, and the pain can be presented as a burst of colic. Acid-suppressing drugs such as omeprazole and aluminum hydroxide can be used to inhibit gastric acid secretion.
2. Peptic ulcer: When peptic ulcer attacks, there will be a burst of stomach colic typical symptoms, often accompanied by nausea, vomiting acid reflux and other symptoms. Gastric mucosal protective agents such as aluminum sulfate can be used to promote healing of the gastric mucosa.
3. Acute cholecystitis: Acute cholecystitis can manifest as pain in the upper abdomen, which may be recognized as gastric colic. Inflammation stimulates the gallbladder to intensify contractions, which causes a bout of stomach cramps. Antispasmodic pain relievers such as pivacurium bromide and belladonna tablets can be used to relieve the spasm of the gallbladder muscles, as well as anti-infective medications such as cephalosporin and metronidazole.
Gastric cramps with nausea and vomiting may have other causes, if the above symptoms occur, it is recommended to go to the hospital for early treatment. All of the above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor, avoid self-medication.
