It can be used in conditions such as cold and dampness in the middle jiao, stagnation of qi in the spleen and stomach, distension and fullness in the epigastrium (abdomen), nausea and vomiting, and coughing and phlegm with damp phlegm. For those who have dry cough with Yin deficiency and solid heat inside, use Chen Pi with caution.
Mung bean is cool in nature and good at relieving summer heat, it has the effect of clearing heat and eliminating summer heat, and it can also lighten and seep away water to improve urinary incontinence (dysuria), body edema and other conditions.
