Pancreaticoblastoma is a rare malignant tumor of the pancreas. The treatment plan and prognosis are mainly determined by the specific circumstances of the tumor. Most of those that can be cured are those without metastasis, and those with metastasis in children or adults have a poor prognosis and are usually fatal. If pancreaticoblastoma develops metastasis, the chances of the tumor being cured are less. When pancreaticoblastoma has no direct basis for metastasis, surgery plus chemotherapy may allow some children to achieve a cure.
