Two and a half year old baby recipes

Two-and-a-half-year-old babies can eat 3 regular meals plus 1-2 snacks, 1 fruit, 1-2 cups of soy milk or formula every day. High-quality protein should account for 1/2-1/3 of the total daily protein, and food should be fine, soft, rotten and crumbly. Examples are as follows: 7 a.m., 250ml milk, 10g sugar, 20g steamed buns, 45g eggs, 5-6 drops of concentrated cod liver oil. 9 a.m., 100g of apple. 12 noon, 80g of soft rice, 30g of minced meat, 30g of minced vegetables, 80g of oil. 3 p.m., 200ml of soy milk, 10g of sugar, 20g of sweet cookies. 6 p.m., 30g of noodles, 30g of minced fish, 30g of tomatoes, 8g of oil.
