Headache should be treated with general, drug and surgical treatments according to the patient’s condition and after the cause is clarified.
Primary headache includes migraine, tension headache, etc.; secondary headache includes hypertension, intracranial aneurysm, traumatic brain injury, medication factors, etc.
1. Primary headache:

2. Secondary headache:
(1) Hypertension: when the blood pressure increases suddenly after the headache symptoms, it is recommended to adjust the medication, the representative drugs include amlodipine benzenesulfonate tablets, timosartan tablets, enalapril tablets and so on.
(2) Intracranial aneurysm: This disease is related to congenital factors, atherosclerosis, etc., and the onset of headache symptoms can be life-threatening in severe cases. Interventional embolization of aneurysm, craniotomy, etc. are chosen according to the condition.
(3) Traumatic brain injury: when suffering from traumatic brain injury, there are different degrees of headache symptoms in the injured area. Dermal trauma is treated with immediate debridement; craniocerebral trauma is selected according to the condition, intracranial hematoma removal, cranial decompression surgery and so on.
(4) medication factors: if you take nitroglycerin tablets, isosorbide mononitrate tablets and other vasodilating drugs can have headache symptoms. It is recommended to gradually reduce the dosage or stop the drug.
