Gastrography and gastroscopy do not exist which one is more accurate, each has its own advantages and disadvantages, it is recommended to choose the appropriate examination method under the guidance of the doctor, the results are more accurate. Gastrography, for some small lesions has some limitations, and this examination method may be affected by the speed of gastrointestinal peristalsis. However, gastrography can observe whether there is any lymph node metastasis in and around the lesion. In the clinic, gastroscopy can show small lesions within the gastric mucosa more clearly, and it is also possible to take tissue directly from the lesion for biopsy to make a clear diagnosis. However, gastroscopy is not suitable for people with serious heart disease, serious lung disease, mental illness and so on. To sum up, not everyone is suitable for gastrography and gastroscopy, and it is necessary to make a comprehensive judgment after the doctor’s interview according to the patient’s specific situation and choose the appropriate examination items.
