How to treat cervical deformity and bulge

Cervical deformity and bulge can be treated conservatively or surgically.
Cervical deformity and bulging is considered to be caused by frequent head bowing or long time posture, which results in the change of physiological curvature of cervical vertebrae, such as cervical spine inversion or straightening, and backward bulging, which results in clinical symptoms such as neck and shoulder pain, stiffness, and limitation of activities.
1. Conservative treatment: When the cervical deformation and bulge is relatively mild, it is recommended that the treatment mainly focuses on reducing head bowing, doing neck exercises, performing cervical traction, and improving the physiological curvature of the cervical vertebrae. If there is pain in the neck and shoulder area, you can take non-steroidal painkillers such as celecoxib and rosoprofen sodium and other painkillers.
2. Surgery: If the cervical nerve is compressed and there is pain and numbness in the upper limbs, and the conservative treatment is ineffective, and there are even symptoms such as walking like cotton, and urinary and bowel obstacles, then the spinal plate decompression nail and rod fixation surgery should be taken.
Specific treatment needs to be under the guidance of the doctor according to the specific severity of the choice of treatment program.
