For the time being, breast cancer with triple-negative type is the most serious in clinical practice. Breast cancer is divided into five main types according to molecular typing: Type 1: Luminal-A. Type 2: Luminal-B, which is further divided into HER-2 negative and HER-2 positive. Type 2: Luminal-B, which is further divided into HER-2 negative and HER-2 positive. Type III: Also known as HER-2 positive type. Type IV: Basal-like type, which is often referred to clinically as triple-negative breast cancer. Type V: Normal-like type, which is relatively rare in clinical practice. The basal-like type, commonly known as triple-negative breast cancer, is the most serious type, with the highest degree of malignancy and the highest recurrence rate. Once recurrence occurs, only chemotherapy can be chosen, and the prognosis is very poor and prone to metastasis. HER-2 positive breast cancer, if not using anti-HER-2 targeted therapy, its malignant degree is higher than that of HER-2 negative breast cancer, but with the addition of anti-HER-2 targeted therapy, its prognosis is the same as that of HER-2 negative breast cancer. Maintain good living and dietary habits, do appropriate physical exercise to improve the body’s immunity, and do not smoke or drink alcohol. The type of breast cancer can affect the treatment and prognosis of the disease to a certain extent, if diagnosed, you should go to a specialized hospital for treatment.
