Pain patients choose combination of drugs for analgesia

From today’s clinical point of view, pain has become one of the major killers of human health, and is the most common and direct factor causing people’s reduced work capacity and reduced attendance days. As early as 2000, the World Health Organization (WHO) asserted that chronic pain is a type of disease. The earliest and most experienced subjective internal sensation in a person’s life is also pain. Therefore, pain not only causes patients to suffer, but more importantly, it can cause significant adverse effects on the human organism and bring about various complications, some of which are fatal, such as myocardial infarction, hypertension and cerebral hemorrhage. The World Health Organization recommends the principle of multimodal analgesia: combining drugs with different mechanisms of action to play a synergistic or additive role in analgesia, reducing the dose and adverse effects of a single drug, and at the same time, it can improve the tolerance of the drug, accelerate the onset of action and prolong the duration of analgesia. The combination of the following drugs can have better analgesic effect: tizanidine hydrochloride tablets and diclofenac; Cilpro and tramadol and other weak opioid analgesics; ampicillin and acetaminophen; Western anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs and Chinese medicine, such as the combination of the Chinese medicine of the pain relieving drugs, the pain relieving drugs, the pain relieving drugs, and the pain relieving drugs.
