Lie 1 month after the legs become thin, medical known as disuse atrophy. Human organs, limbs, muscles belong to the use into the waste, such as athletes muscle is more developed, but the relevant parts do not exercise when, or in a completely bedridden state, regardless of the reasons may be due to a long period of inactivity, caused by disuse atrophy. Therefore, in order to prevent these conditions, early prevention is needed, i.e., avoiding lying down and inactivity. For patients with hemiplegia, rehabilitation exercises can be performed at an early stage to prevent disuse atrophy. Once muscle atrophy occurs, recovery is slower and more difficult, and later may gradually improve through exercise. In conclusion, patients are not recommended to be bedridden for a long period of time and need to strive to use rehabilitation exercises to increase limb movement even if disease is present.
