What is hospice care

Hospice care is to give patients a quiet, good time, usually for advanced or terminal patients, and cannot be too intense, because the patient’s body and constitution cannot withstand treatments that hit harder, and intense treatments are not beneficial to the patient’s survival. Patients with terminal illness need a comfortable ward or home bed, pain medication, adequate nutrition, and a pleasant living atmosphere, such as regular music, massage, and physical therapy, with the main goal of making the patient feel peaceful and less painful during the last period, so that the patient can leave this world with dignity, which is the treatment process of hospice care.
