Visual Concentration Training, also known as Visual Concentration Therapy, is a series of training programs that can improve monocular vision, binocular visual function, visual skills, and develop visual potential, etc., which are formulated by professional doctors according to the patient’s visual condition through the methods of optics, psychology, and physics. The content of visual concentration training includes monocular visual training, visual stimulation, visual fine training, binocular accommodation and collection function training, eye movement function training, eye coordination training and so on. The methods of visual concentration training include training in the training room under the guidance of a physician or optometrist, as well as training independently at home; simultaneous vision, fusion vision, stereoscopic vision, and disinhibition (a state in which the internal constraints on an individual’s behavior are lifted) can be performed. Commonly used tools include the red flashing meter and light brush used for monocular visual concentration training, as well as fine work, such as threading beads, tracing, inserting boards, etc.; the CAM visual stimulation instrument used for visual stimulation; and the computer-aided training software used for binocular visual concentration training. Visual concentration training should be carried out under the guidance of a professional doctor, if necessary, please go to a regular hospital for consultation.
