Navulizumab has certain efficacy in liver cancer. Clinical trials have confirmed the efficacy and safety of Navulizumab in patients with advanced liver cancer, and the US FDA has also approved its use in the treatment of advanced liver cancer. Navulizumab belongs to PD-1 inhibitors, clinical trials have confirmed that navulizumab has certain efficacy in patients with advanced liver cancer, and there is a certain improvement in tumor remission rate, duration of remission and long-term survival. In September 2017, the U.S. FDA approved the use of navulizumab for the treatment of advanced liver cancer. The indication of nabulizumab in China is for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who are negative for epidermal growth factor receptor gene mutation and negative for kinase in mesenchymal lymphoma, and whose disease has progressed or is intolerable after previous chemotherapy with platinum-containing regimens. In China, liver cancer has not been written into the indications of nabulizumab for the time being, so although there are clinical trials confirming the efficacy of nabulizumab on liver cancer, nabulizumab is still not widely used for liver cancer in our clinic. Nabulizumab may have adverse reactions such as malaise, rash, immune-related pneumonia, immune-related hepatitis, etc. It is forbidden for patients who are allergic to it, and the use of it should pay attention to immune-related diseases caused by nabulizumab, as well as overdose of the drug and infusion reactions, and it must be applied under the guidance of a doctor. If liver cancer is suspected or diagnosed, it is recommended to go to regular hospitals to evaluate the condition and follow the doctor’s instructions to cooperate with the treatment, so as not to delay the condition.
