Danchuan granules do not exist. Clinically, there are Dan Shen Granules and Dan Zhen Granules. Dan Shen Granules have the effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis (promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis in the body); Dan Zhen Granules have the effect of nourishing yin and clearing away heat (nourishing yin essence and clearing away heat) to stop bleeding. 1. Dan Shen Granules. The main ingredient of Danshen Granules is Salvia miltiorrhiza, which has better efficacy in activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Coronary heart disease can be treated with Danshen Granules when the identification of coronary heart disease belongs to the cardiac vein stasis and obstruction (cardiac veins and channels are blocked by stasis of blood) syndrome, and the symptoms of pain in anterior region of the heart and chest tightness are appeared. Adverse reactions are not clear, and those who are allergic to the ingredients of this product are prohibited. 2. Danzhen Granules. The main ingredients of Danzhen Granules are mudanpi, cypress, raw dihuang, cuttlebone and so on. It has the effect of nourishing yin, clearing heat and stopping bleeding, and can be taken to treat symptoms such as early menstruation, increased menstrual flow and bright red color due to deficiency of yin and blood heat. Adverse reactions are not clear. This drug is contraindicated in pregnant women and is contraindicated in people with loose stools.
