What are the therapeutic drugs for treating acid reflux and bloating?

Drugs to treat acid reflux and bloating of the stomach, the cause of which may be indigestion, reflux esophagitis, gastric ulcer, etc., can be given to promote gastrointestinal dynamics of the drug, acid suppression drugs, and protection of the gastric mucosa drug.
1. Indigestion: Indigestion slows down gastrointestinal peristalsis and causes accumulation of food in the stomach, leading to acid reflux and gastrointestinal symptoms. It can be treated with drugs that promote gastrointestinal power such as mosapride and domperidone orally. Adverse reactions such as fever, nausea and diarrhea may occur after oral intake.
2. Reflux esophagitis: acid-suppressing drugs such as Famotidine, Ranitidine and Omeprazole can be given to treat this condition. Rash, fever, abdominal pain and other adverse reactions may occur after oral intake.
3. Gastric ulcer: patients with gastric ulcer have more gastric acid secretion, and should be given acid-suppressing drugs, such as omeprazole, etc. If accompanied by Helicobacter pylori infection, amoxicillin+clarithromycin+bismuth pectin+omeprazole can be given to anti-infective treatment.
All of the above drugs should be applied under doctor’s guidance. If there are symptoms of acid reflux and bloating, it is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible for medical treatment.
