Foods containing 150~1000mg of purine per 100g of food are called high purine foods. Part of the dry beans and their products, fungi and algae, livestock and meat and their products, seafood food is more common high purine food.
1. Dry beans and their products: such as fava beans, soybeans, mung beans, soybeans, soybean meal, etc., of which the purine content of fava beans is 307mg/100g; the purine content of soybeans is 218mg/100g; the purine content of mung beans is 196mg/100g.
2. Mushrooms and algae: such as abalone mushrooms, seaweed, shiitake mushrooms, tea tree mushrooms, seaweed, etc., of which the purine content of abalone mushrooms (dried) is 424mg/100g; the purine content of seaweed (dried) is 415mg/100g; the purine content of seaweed is 249mg/100g.
3. Livestock and meat and their products: such as foie gras, chicken liver, pig liver, pig lungs, tripe and so on. Among them, the purine content of foie gras (cooked) is 408mg/100g; the purine content of chicken liver is 317mg/100g; the purine content of pig liver is 275mg/100g.
4. Seafood: such as oysters, squid, oysters, Spanish mackerel, catfish, etc., of which the purine content of oysters is 282mg/100g; the purine content of squid is 244mg/100g; the purine content of oysters is 242mg/100g.
All of the above foods are high purine food, gout patients should pay attention to control the amount of intake, in order to avoid adverse effects.
