Moderately differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma is closely related to clinical stage, timing of treatment, patient’s physical condition and whether radical surgical resection can be performed, and the survival time will be very different. 1. Moderately differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the pathological types according to the degree of differentiation of cancer cells, the lower the degree of differentiation, the higher the degree of malignancy, moderately differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma is of medium degree of malignancy, however, the degree of differentiation alone can not determine how long a patient can live. 2. Moderately differentiated liver cancer is classified into early, intermediate and advanced stages according to the size of the tumor, the presence of lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. If the patient can be radically resected at early stage, the prognosis is better, and the patient can get long-term survival after operation, and the 5-year survival rate can reach about 60%. If liver cancer is detected to be beyond surgical resection or distant metastasis has occurred, the prognosis is poorer and the survival period is shorter, with a 5-year survival rate of no more than 20%. Patients should have regular checkups, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment to improve the survival rate and prognosis, and early treatment can have better curative effect.
