Mild elevation of aminotransferases without obvious triggers may have no obvious symptoms or relatively mild symptoms. If it is caused by acute hepatitis, acute non-jaundiced hepatitis, etc., the symptoms are more serious, such as fatigue, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea. 1. No obvious cause: If there is no obvious cause for mild elevation of aminotransferases, there may not be any symptom, or only mild nausea, abdominal distension, anorexia and other symptoms. 2. Acute hepatitis: If the transaminase is obviously elevated due to acute hepatitis, more typical symptoms will appear. Such as acute jaundice hepatitis, there will be weakness, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms, the most important thing is that there will be yellow eyes, yellow skin, yellow urine, the liver area may be obvious pain. 3. Acute hepatitis without jaundice: If the transaminase is elevated due to acute hepatitis without jaundice, the systemic symptoms are dominant, such as nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, and other symptoms, and in severe cases, mental depression, drowsiness, and impaired consciousness may occur. Note that elevated aminotransferases require further investigation to clarify.
