Stroke hemiplegic upper limb recovery training can be categorized into good limb position, passive upper limb training, active and weight-bearing training methods according to the degree of injury and recovery stage.
1. Placement of good limb position: If the upper limb of hemiplegic stroke belongs to the soft paralysis stage, it is necessary to pay attention to the placement of the good limb position of the upper limb, and the angle of the upper limb is different in the lying position, the affected side lying position and the healthy side lying position, and turn over at regular intervals, pay attention to the protection of the affected side of the upper limb when changing the posture, and avoid pulling with violence.
2. Passive training: when the muscle strength of the upper limb is below grade 3, passive activities are needed. During the training, attention should be paid to the relaxation of the shoulder joints to the interphalangeal joints, and then the passive activities within the range of the joints should be carried out gently and slowly.
3. Active and weight-bearing training: When the upper limb muscle strength reaches grade 3, active training can be carried out, and all joints need active muscle contraction to move, together with scenario mode training and weight-bearing training to enhance joint flexibility and muscle strength.
After hemiplegia, one should go to the hospital for rehabilitation training at an early stage. After assessment by the physician, the therapist will carry out the training item by item.
