What causes ejaculatory pain?

Painful ejaculation may be caused by male genital infections, stones, tumors, etc. It is recommended that patients go to the hospital in time to clarify the cause of the disease.
Painful ejaculation is a disease in which a man suffers pain when ejaculating with a certain degree of sexual stimulation, which is often manifested as pain and discomfort in the urethra, perineum and lower abdomen.
1. Male genital infections: Male genital infections include glansitis, urethritis, epididymitis, seminal vesiculitis, prostatitis and so on. Due to inflammation stimulation, it may lead to congestion and edema of the above organs, which may cause ejaculation pain.
2. Stones: Stones include urinary stones. Stones may be embedded in the posterior urethra, the opening of the ejaculatory ducts, etc., so the patient will have painful symptoms during ejaculation.
3. Tumor: Tumor includes tumor in epididymis, seminal vesicle, vas deferens, prostate or posterior urethra, etc. Generally, the pain symptom is not obvious in early stage of tumor patients, and the pain symptom will be aggravated gradually along with the enlargement of tumor.
If you feel uncomfortable, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time to avoid delaying the condition or causing adverse reactions.
