How to relieve headache, nausea and vomiting

Headache, nausea and vomiting can be relieved by treating the causes (such as physiologic factors, migraine and subarachnoid hemorrhage), including general treatment, medication and surgery. 1. Physiological factors: Headache and nausea caused by stress, severe sleep deprivation, etc. can be relieved by adequate rest. 2. Pathological factors (1) Migraine: Aspirin, naproxen, ibuprofen, etc. can be taken to relieve headache, and combined with antiemetic (such as metoclopramide) to relieve nausea and vomiting. (2) Subarachnoid hemorrhage: It may be manifested as sudden head swelling or bursting pain, accompanied by cold sweat and pale skin. Prevention and treatment of complications should be the main focus, for example, treating hydrocephalus with mannitol to reduce intracranial pressure; preventing rebleeding with aminocaproic acid; and surgically removing clots when there are large clots. In addition, vital signs should be checked at all times and the airway should be kept open. If there is a sudden headache, nausea and vomiting, you need to go to the hospital as soon as possible, so as not to delay treatment.
