Nasal tumor tissue is of complex origin and sometimes the tumor itself can produce neuroendocrine symptoms that can cause systemic diseases. The patient, female, from Anhui, felt left-sided nasal congestion as well as purulent nasal discharge about 1 month ago. The patient presented with cervical spine pain, lower limb weakness and progressive aggravation 2 years ago. 2015-March was diagnosed as hypophosphatasia in our hospital. Further examination revealed a nasal mass. Based on previous experience, it was highly suspected that this nasal tumor was related to his rickets. Postoperatively, the patient’s rickets resolved and the low blood phosphorus in the body turned to normal 7 days after surgery. The urinary phosphate concentration returned to normal. The postoperative pathology confirmed that the tumor was consistent with a phosphateuric interstitial tumor. The patient is now discharged from the hospital and is recovering. As shown in Figure 1, the tumor was huge and obstructed the nasal cavity with obvious enhancement, indicating a very rich blood supply; Figure 2, the tumor was located in the left nasal cavity Figure 3, the tumor was completely removed after surgery and discharged 7 days after surgery.
