Precautions for the use of nimodipine injection are as follows: 1. Before using the drug, you must visually observe whether there are foreign substances, moldy lumps, and discoloration in the liquid, and also check whether the packaging is broken and whether the drug lot number meets the requirements; 2. The drug needs to be stored according to the storage conditions specified in the instructions, such as high temperatures in summer and indoor temperatures above 30°C, which will cause accelerated decomposition of the drug, and even if the drug is not expired, it will still deteriorate; 3. Nimodipine injection should be administered intravenously, and side effects include nausea and vomiting, as well as low blood pressure and rapid heart rate.
