Bevacizumab and cetuximab, both are anti-tumor targeting drugs that are widely used in bowel cancer. Bevacizumab is mainly an anti-tumor angiogenesis target drug, mainly applied in right hemi colon cancer and EGFR-positive colon cancer. Cetuximab is mainly used in left hemi-colon cancer, and EGFR wild-type colon cancer. Their reaction profiles are different. Bevacizumab mainly causes hypertension and proteinuria, while cetuximab mainly causes rash and hepatic impairment, and there are no studies to compare the side effects of bevacizumab and cetuximab. Therefore, the clinical use of these two drugs is mainly based on the condition and indications.
