Pustular pimples on the face of teenagers belong to a clinical manifestation of acne, which can be relieved by general treatment, topical medication, oral medication, and physical therapy.
1. General treatment: Adjust your mindset, go to bed early and get up early to avoid staying up late; choose water or suitable cleansing products to remove excess oil, dander and bacteria on the skin surface, and control oil and moisturize.
2. Topical medication: antibiotic ointment such as fusidic acid cream and erythromycin ointment can be used externally; followed by benzoyl peroxide gel, adapalene gel and other anti-acne medications.
3. Oral medication: you can take antibiotics such as minocycline, Russell’s erythromycin, and isotretinoin for severe cases.
4. Physical therapy: mild to moderate lesions can choose LED red light or blue light irradiation; severe acne can use photodynamic plus red light irradiation and other measures.
Teenagers with pustular pimples on the face need to go to the hospital for examination first, follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment, and avoid abusing drugs on their own.
