In life psoriasis diet should be reasonable, comprehensive and balanced to provide the necessary nutrients, enhance the immune system, increase resistance, in daily life, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, but also more exercise to improve their immunity and prevent relapse. Vitamin A is also very important for the formation of connective tissues. Zinc promotes the action of vitamin E and carotene; vitamin C, which promotes collagen synthesis, anti-inflammatory, consolidates connective tissues and maintains healthy muscles and skin; B vitamins, which are involved in the metabolism and synthesis of substances, help other nutrients to function and relieve patients’ stress and tension.
