How many shots of Cosentyne usually work for psoriasis?

Psoriasis shots of Cosyntropin usually work after one week, or 1 to 2 shots. Cosentin, scientifically known as Skuclizumab, is a second-generation psoriasis biologic. It can selectively block the release of inflammatory factors, and is mainly used to treat moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, but also has a good therapeutic effect on common psoriasis. Skuclizumab has a rapid onset of action, with results usually seen within the first week of administration, and in most patients after one month. Smaller doses are needed every month thereafter to avoid relapses. Succizumab has fewer side effects, but some patients may experience immunocompromise and are prone to respiratory or urinary tract infectious diseases. Skuticizumab is generally not recommended for patients with Crohn’s disease, nor is it recommended during infectious disease flare-ups, and it is not recommended during breastfeeding or pregnancy. Skuclizumab should be injected in a hospital by a specialized doctor or nurse to avoid serious adverse reactions caused by self-administration of the drug.
