What’s with the postpartum headaches?

Postpartum headaches are relatively common and are often associated with exposure to cold and wind. After giving birth to a large amount of secretion of sweat, sweat ducts open, when encountered with cool wind, cool water, especially when washing hair with cool water will produce headaches, so it is not recommended to use cool water to wash your hair within one month after giving birth. There are other causes of postpartum headaches, such as the pre-cold stage, which often has muscle aches and pains, throat discomfort, and even fever in addition to headaches. For upper respiratory tract infections, medication can be given to treat the symptoms. Postpartum headache must be excluded from the possibility of cerebrovascular accident due to hypertension, which is of course very rare.
