Effectiveness of Ornidazole Injection

Ornidazole Injection is anti-microbial and works to treat infections caused by sensitive bacteria. Ornidazole Injection is a nitroimidazole derivative that interacts with cellular components to induce microbial death, and is indicated for the treatment of severe amebiasis of the intestinal tract or liver, post-surgical infections caused by susceptible anaerobic organisms, or for the prevention of surgically-induced infections caused by susceptible anaerobic organisms, in persons with proven susceptible bacterial infections for whom oral administration of this medication is contraindicated. It should be noted that the use of Ornidazole Injection is prohibited for those who are allergic to any of the components of this drug, pregnant women, and nursing mothers, and the drug should not be mixed with any other medications except for 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5% dextrose injection. Some patients may experience adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, metallic taste in the mouth, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, rash and tremor after using Ornidazole Injection.
