Can early stage lung cancer be treated without surgery?

Early stage lung cancer can be treated without surgery only when intolerance occurs, and most patients need surgery. Early stage lung cancer has limitations and the cancer cells have not metastasized and spread. Surgery can remove the tumor tissues visible to the naked eye, thus achieving clinical cure, which is the only means of cure at present; if radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other treatments are adopted, the treatment time will be longer and the effect will be relatively poor. Only a few lung cancer patients, who are too weak or have cardiopulmonary insufficiency and other conditions that make it difficult for them to bear the damage caused by surgery, are not recommended to undergo surgery and need to adopt conservative treatment, which is relatively more difficult to be cured completely.
