Benign bone tumor grows slowly and has light pain, which is not easy to detect in early stage. When the tumor grows up or presses the surrounding tissues, the pain will be aggravated or pathological fracture will be detected. In the early stage of the disease, there is pain and progressive aggravation, and later there is anemia and cachexia, and other metastatic lesions can occur, among which lung metastases are the most common. If there is no obvious trauma and pain in the limbs or hip does not improve after rest, it is recommended that X-rays be performed first to exclude bony lesions.
