There is no such thing as what food is good for a woman’s qi deficiency. Depending on the symptoms, different foods need to be taken to regulate the condition, so it is not possible to generalize. Qi deficiency in Chinese medicine can be divided into lung qi deficiency, heart qi deficiency, spleen qi deficiency and kidney qi deficiency. If you have lung qi deficiency, you can eat foods such as yam and lily of the valley to relieve the symptoms.
1. Lung qi deficiency: If you often have symptoms of lung qi deficiency such as fatigue, fear of wind, easy to catch a cold, cough, etc., you can eat foods such as yam, lily of the valley, white fungus and so on.
2. Heart qi deficiency: If you often have palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), shortness of breath, chest tightness, nervous fatigue and other heart qi deficiency, you can eat some longan, jujube and other foods.
