The normal pressure point of the appendix is in the right lower abdomen, in the middle and lower 1/3 of the line between the umbilicus and the groin, which refers to the place where the stomach bends between the thighs. In the case of a mirrored person, the position of the organs is opposite to that of a normal person, and the point of appendiceal pressure is on the right side; in the case of a mirrored person, the point of appendiceal pressure is on the left side of the lower abdomen. If there is appendicitis or consider appendicitis, the first thing that appears is called metastatic right lower abdominal pain, at first the pain point is not in the position of appendiceal pressure point, but their own feeling may be gastro-epigastric pain or the left side of the abdomen, pain around the umbilicus and so on. When the appendicitis reaches a certain degree, it will be obvious that the appendicitis pressure point of the position of the pain, if the surgeon in the abdominal palpation examination, is able to find the appendicitis pressure point pain.
